Phone
Reservation Policy:
-
To hold
your camp dates prior to tryouts or collecting camp deposits. C!M
offers a Phone Reservation System. Simply call the C!M Office to
reserve your intended camp spots. Phone Reservations can be made
through June 15, 2011.

From the
date of your Phone Reservation, you will have three weeks to send in
your full camp deposit or payment (or July 1, 2001).

Any spots
not deposited within three weeks will be released.

Without A
Phone Reservation, camp spots will be filled, on a first-come,
first-served basis with completed C!M Registration Form and full
deposit. After June 15, please call the C!M Office for availability.

Registrations after July 1, 2011 will only be accepted if paid in
full at the time of registration.
TEAM CAMP
FEES (Overnight or Commuter): a $100 non-refundable deposit per
athletes will hold your spot and be deducted from your total fees. (Must
be postmarked by June 1, 2011 for the Early Discount Rate, received by
July 1, 2011, if you are paying the Regular Rate.) Fees include lodging
and meals for overnight athlete and coaches, meals only for commuters.
Maps and medical forms will be sent with your confirmation. We do not
grant partial camp rates. You will be sent a detailed invoice and
Session Selection Form upon receipt of your completed Registration Form.
Please share the C!M deposit and cancellation policy with your parents
and athletes.
PRIVATE CAMP
FEES: A $50 non-refundable deposit per athlete will hold your spot
and be deducted from your total fees (please call C!M first for
availability). Private Camps require 12 athletes or a $1,680 minimum
fee. Details will be sent with confirmation materials. Private Camp fees
do not include meals.
STUNT CAMP
FEES: Registration and fees are due in full by June 1, 2011. for the
Early Discount Rate and July 1, 2011 for the Regular Rate. Stunt camp
fees DO NOT include lunch. You can bring your lunches or concessions
will be available on-site. (Sorry, no refunds).
PAYMENT: Send ONE school, cashier's or coach's check or money
order per registration (returned checks are subject to a $50 processing
fee). Personal checks from athletes cannot be accepted and will be
returned. You can download registration forms online at
www.cheermichigan.com
(starting April 1st), Visa/MasterCard can be used with the C!M
Registration Forms.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted in
writing and be accompanied by a certified medical note. A refund of the
fees, less the non-refundable deposit will be made only if request is
received at C!M a full 2 weeks before the session begins. A 50% refund
will be given if the request is received without the two week notice and
refund requests are not accepted after your camp session begins. Refunds
are considered for Team and Private Camps only.
