*Coaches/Drivers/Chaperones (maximum 2) can attend Stunt, Skills and Youth Camp for free: includes lunch! Additional coaches/driver are $10 each.    
     

CAMP TO CAMP PACKAGE:
Teams who would like to spend the night at our camp sites, between Stunt Camp and Team Camp may do so for an additional $30 per athlete and coach, which includes breakfast the day of camp (dinner the night before is on your own). Fee must be included with registration.

  • For the most accurate and up to date information please refer to the C!M Summer Camp Brochure and Confirmation Packets.

C!M CAMP REGISTRATION INFORMATION

TEAM CAMP FEES: A $100 per participant non-refundable deposit will hold your spot and be deducted from your total fees. (Must be received by May 15, 2008 for the Early Bird Discount, or by June 15, 2008, if you are paying the Regular Camp Rate.) Fees include lodging and meals. Maps and medical forms will be sent with your confirmation. Athletes may not leave camp and then return for any reason and we do not grant partial camp fees. You will be sent a detailed invoice and Session Selection Form upon receipt of your completed registration form. Please share deposit and refund policy with your parents and athletes.

  • TEAM CAMP BALANCE DUE: Final balances and your completed Session Selection Form are due a FULL TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF YOUR SESSION. At that time the final number of athletes you deposited for will be called into each site and you will be responsible for the total fees. Late payments will result in a $200 (flat) Late Fee.

PRIVATE CAMP FEES: A $50 non-refundable deposit per athlete by June 15, 2008, will secure your dates (please call C!M first for availability). Details will be sent with confirmation materials. Private Camp fees do not include meals.

  • PRIVATE CAMP BALANCE DUE: Final balances and your completed Session Selection Form are due a FULL TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF YOUR SESSION. At that time the final number of athletes you deposited for will determine the number of staff needed and you will be responsible for the total fees.

STUNT CAMP FEES: Registration and fees are due in full by June 15, 2008.

INDIVIDUAL SKILLS CAMP FEES: Registration and fees are due in full by June 15, 2008.

YOUTH CAMP FEES: Registration and fees are due in full by June 15, 2008

Sorry, No Refunds For One Day Camps!

PAYMENT: Send ONE school, cashiers or coach’s check, or money order per registration (return checks are subject to a $50 processing fee). Personal checks from athletes cannot be accepted and will be returned.

  • You can also use your Visa/MasterCard with the C!M Registration Forms

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by a certified medical note. A refund of the fee, less the non-refundable deposit will be made only if request is received at C!M a full 2 weeks before the session begins. A 50% refund will be given if the request is received without the two week notice and refund requests are not accepted after your camp session ends. Refunds are considered for Team and Private Camps only.

PHONE RESERVATION POLICY:

·         To hold your camp dates prior to tryouts or collecting camp deposits, C!M offers a Phone Reservation System. Simply call the C!M office to reserve your intended camp spots. Phone Reservations can be made through until June 15, 2008.

·         From the date of your Phone Reservation you will have three weeks to send in your full camp deposit or payment.

·         Any spots not deposited within three weeks time will be released.

·         Without a Phone Reservation, camp spots will be filled on a first-come, first served basis with completed C!M Registration Form and full deposit. After June 15, please call the C!M Office for availability of camp spots.

Registrations after July 1, 2008 will only be accepted if paid in full at the time of registration.
